About me

In the past 20 years I have become a specialist in Roadside Assistance and Diagnostics along with a certification as HeartMath Coach. Where these two worlds at first might seem to come from different galaxy’s; I have found a lovely way to integrate the understandings of both fields in a holistic and compelling way.

Due to my technical expertise and passion for the human experience, I am able offer comprehensive descriptions of the body’s systematic workings and practical tools towards a more coherent and heart based way of living.

As a result of both my own personal growth and experience using HeartMath techniques, I have grown an enormous passion for HeartMath and look very much forward to sharing my teachings with you.
